Introduction
This privacy policy explains how CuePartna uses personal data when you use the website and rehearsal tools.
It covers the main categories of data we collect, how we use that data, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
What Data We Collect
CuePartna may collect account information such as your name, email address, encrypted password, plan status and billing state.
CuePartna also stores the script content, parsing results, rehearsal sessions, attempt history and progress data needed to run the product.
Payment card details are not stored directly by CuePartna. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe.
How We Collect Your Data
You provide data directly when you create an account, upload or paste a script, rehearse a scene, update account details or start a paid subscription.
Some technical data is collected automatically through normal website use, including session cookies and basic request information needed to keep you signed in and operate the service.
How We Use Your Data
CuePartna uses your data to create and manage your account, save scripts, restore rehearsal sessions, deliver plan-based features and process subscription status.
We also use stored rehearsal data to provide features such as session history, progress intelligence, flagged-line revisit workflows and focus sprints where your plan allows them.
CuePartna does not currently use your data for broad marketing campaigns unless that changes and this policy is updated.
How We Store Your Data
CuePartna stores account, script and rehearsal data in its application database and related infrastructure providers.
Subscription and payment events are processed through Stripe. Stripe stores and handles payment information under Stripe's own privacy and security controls.
CuePartna takes reasonable technical steps to protect your data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
CuePartna keeps your data while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for account recovery, billing records, legal obligations or dispute handling.
If you request deletion of your account, CuePartna will aim to remove or anonymise personal data unless retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or subscription record purposes.
Cookies
CuePartna uses cookies and similar technologies for core website operation, including keeping you signed in and maintaining session state.
If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them clearly.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights that include access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability.
If you make a privacy request, CuePartna will aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
Other Websites
CuePartna may link to third-party websites or services. This privacy policy applies only to CuePartna. If you follow a link to another service, you should review that service's own privacy policy.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
CuePartna may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
