CuePartna is provided as a rehearsal tool for actors. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, other users or the underlying systems.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping that information up to date.

CuePartna may suspend or remove access where there is misuse, abuse, attempted interference with the product or breach of these terms.

You are responsible for the scripts and other material you upload, paste or store in CuePartna.

You should only upload content that you have the right to use within the service. CuePartna does not take ownership of your scripts, but it does need permission to store and process them in order to provide parsing, rehearsal and history features.

CuePartna offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Subscription pricing, renewal timing and billing terms are shown during checkout. Payment method updates, cancellations and related billing changes are managed through the Stripe billing portal.

CuePartna may apply plan-based limits such as script limits, feature access, history access and advanced rehearsal workflows.

The available features and plan limits may change over time. If pricing or major plan entitlements change, CuePartna should update the pricing and supporting legal pages accordingly.

CuePartna may update, improve, remove or modify parts of the service at any time, including features, pricing, limits and technical requirements.

The service is provided on an ongoing basis but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every region, browser or device configuration.

CuePartna is intended to support rehearsal workflow, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuePartna will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, downtime, lost data, unsupported browsers or third-party provider failures.
